Guest guest
Yes indeed may will have a lower Bp as progesterone is like Spiro a MCBTiped sad Send form miiPhone ;-)May your pressure be low!CE Grim MDSpecializing in DifficultHypertension I had PA for both of my pregnancies. Mine was undiagnosed at the time. My cases were not as severe as the ones documented in these papers, but I did require medications and frequent monitoring by perinatal physicians. I had two full-term babies. My first child was small for gestational age. But I think this was due being my first pregnancy and not being monitored by a perinatal physician earlier in the pregnancy. I am wondering if somehow cases like mine can be documented so that women with less severe PA can be properly managed medically? It is possible to have a successful pregnancy outcome with PA. polymac > > > > > Primary aldosteronism and pregnancy: A case report. > > > > Full Text Available By: Weina Lu; Fenping Zheng; Hong Li; Lingxiang > > Ruan. Guest guest
I think we have a file on preg. If you give us your complete story you can put it in both Conn'smStories and pregnancy files Thanks. Tiped sad Send form miiPhone ;-)May your pressure be low!CE Grim MDSpecializing in DifficultHypertension I have had symptoms of PA long before I got the diagnosis. My blood pressure patterns followed the cases I read in the reports. Mine was just not as severe. Also, one of my perinatal doctors suspected I may have some underlying cause of my high blood pressure. He told me that after my pregnancy that I needed to get additional testing after my pregnancy to see if there was a treatable cause of my high blood pressure. I cannot prove with test results during my pregnancy, but with symptoms. I would like to be able to maybe help someone else that is going through a pregnancy with what happened during mine as there is not much data on PA during pregnancy that I have seen. I am about 2 years post partum for my last pregnancy. I waited until after pregnancy and after I stopped breastfeeding (about 6 months ago) before moving forward with additional testing. I know my case might not be the strongest because it was not diagnosed when I was pregnant, but I think it could still provide some important information on pregnancy management with PA. I think some others here also may have had PA during pregnancy. polymac > > > > > > > > > > > Primary aldosteronism and pregnancy: A case report. > > > > > > > > Full Text Available By: Weina Lu; Fenping Zheng; Hong Li; Lingxiang > > > > Ruan.
