Friday was All Star Workouts Stability Ball with G. He seems like a very personable person and a lot of fun, but I hate choreographed ball workouts. I just can't bounce in time with the music, much less bounce, get up walk around, roll out into pushup position, roll back, get back up, and sit down to bounce again in perfect time. I'm glad I taped this for free from Fit TV instead of paying for his ABC workouts because I know I would never do them if they are this choreographed. Toward the end, I gave up and just did one move at a time and changed when he did another one I liked. LOL After that I put in the 40 minute accellerated workout from Budokan. I think this is the exact same workout as the 50 minute, but with a little of the talking and explainations edited out. Literally, the same set, same people, same clothes, same places in the room, same order of exercises, and same cues. While I love Budokan, that seems a little lazy to me to make a "weight loss set" that is basically one workout edited to 3 workouts. I'll know for sure today when I do the 30 minute maintenance workout. I suppose it is still good to know that I can pick one of the 3 and get the same workout in the amount of time I have to spend that day, but still, I wish there was more variety.

Okay, off to Budokan, Pilates, and Chi. Have a great Saturday!
