A single carrot has about 10,000 I.U. of vitamin D. If your teeth is that strong! Why don't we arrest God? He is violating RDA!!!Much of the effort is not in the use but in finding the supplements that will control your sugar level. I have done exhaustive test (and I am exhausted) to find what supplements will control my urinary level to optimum. Well, you probably know what it is, it is vitamin D3 or D4. There is also a possibility of vanillin extract (powder). The results are not yet conclusive, but it is been working quite well so far with me, my mother and my sister, in ways that is beyond my comprehension - more than just sugar control.However the publicized ones that control sugar, sadly to do not work that well, based on my test, such as chromium, vanadium, vitamin B3, linalool, cinnamom, etc. However, your own results might be different.Vitamin B3 might work, although it will take a bit more time as mentioned in the previous emails.D3 30,000 seems a lot, but if you imagine the companies who make the vitamin D tries to add fillers with 99.9% vegetable oils with 0.1% vitamin D, you probably get the idea that they are adding vegetable oils and actually selling you overpriced vegetable oils. The only way to save costs is to buy the pure vitamin D3 or D4 yourself!!!! Without adding the oils. Then you will know vitamin D3 at 30,000 i.U. is not that much!The active form of vitamin D that your body actually uses is the 1,25 dehydroxyl vitamin D. This is the vitamin D4. While Vitamin D3 needs to be converted in your body's imperfect chemical factory to utilized it. We have to be practical. If you can get D4, good. If you can't then D3. If you are bad luck, like me then its D2. Now D2 is about rougly 10 times less effective than D3. And D3 is also less effective than D4.In fact, I think D4 is a controlled substance, since this is the ones that actually cure kidney disease. Many medical literature mentions that vitamin D is toxic. The truth be told: no one ever died from vitamin D even with the industrial accident of taking pure crystalline vitamin D at a level of several million I.U. and eating them like candies - true mistake. However those who did die turns out that the vegetable oil components we call "fillers" had benzene and other toxic hydrocarbons to it. One doctor made a challenge to produce just one solid case of someone dying from vitamin D overdose. The challenge has been never taken and its been decades now.This is why if we can make our own supplements, its safer.Did you know your body does not produced as much as you would like? It get's worse as you get older because by the age of 30 or 40 we are producing only 1/4 of the vitamin D as a 6 year old boy! This is the one reason why as we get older we suffer from depression. Vitamin D4 is even more interesting. It is a cure for kidney disease and its effectiveness is many fold over vitamin D3. It is probably a cure for diabetes. However other form just merely stabilizes the sugar. Vitamin D4 is the vitamin our body actually uses it.It was only 35 years ago where vitamin D was sold every where as a cure for rickets, brittle bones, and arthritis for old people. Then something happened, the entire vitamin d completely disappeared and guess what, within 10-15 years after that, people start getting osteoporesis, rickets, rheumatism, type I diabetes, and especially kidney disease. To compound the problem, they tell you sunlight is not good for you, and start giving all these sunscreens. Talking about beings paranoid!You need to make your own vitamin D, or else you are forced to give your son fairly large amounts of partially cooked vitamin D. Remember the more you cook the liver over 104 degrees Fahrenheit, the more thevitamins is destroyed. This is the only rich food source we used in microbiology to grow tissue cultures and things and it has all the vitamins and minerals you need at a very low costs. If you need pure vitamin D3 or D4, which YOU DO, then you will have to contact chemical suppliers and pharmaceutical companies to buy just that. I hope you are lucky, because this is a controlled substance and it is fairly difficult to buy, unless of course you are a school teacher for a science lab. They can order all the things they want. If you know a school teacher, or a college professors, they can order for them fairly easily. (This is the exception that you can obtain a fair amount of vitamin D3 or D4 legally. You will need a food grade.A good food source, actually the best source of vitamin D is still liver.Vitamin D suppose to treat hyperthyroid, as they are part of autoimmune disorders. As you know vitamin D treats autoimmune disorders, which should treat hyperthyroid. There is an indirect evidence on this.Perhaps you can check on citations. I remember seeing somewhere.This is where magnesium comes in! I have taken care of that! Magnesium and vitamin D works synergistically to reduce serum calcium to normal.Secondly, the excess clogging of calcium is true, but it DOESN'T COME FROM VITAMIN D. This is misinformation, it comes from calcium rich milk diets many sick Western Diets are using and calciumfortified junk foods! And Coca Cola with their phosphoric acid which becomes calcium phosphates that clogs the kidney.You have to understand that there is calcium and then there is calcium utilization. Calcium utilization are roughly vitamin D, magnesium, and boron. I don't hear anyone complaining about eating 1000 mg of calciumsupplements which is equivalent to maybe 5,000,000 - 10,000,000 I.U. of calcium!!!A brilliant misinformation by your local public authorities to support big drug business.The 2000 I.U. for vitamin D is misinformation. I got my own sources and found out that they were using contaminated vegetable oils which caused the lowest observed adversed levels. Apparently the vegetable oils the supplements used contains benzene. Vitamin A from liver source typically has ten times the value and no side effects. So much of these data applies for synthetic vitamins with vegetable oils that might also be tainted with hydrocarbons. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is somewhat too technical, and I will give you a good English translation and my own interpretation to our own health. For one thing, when you have your colon remove it is like your intestines were not doing their work or that your intestinal flora is destroyed.When this happens, magnesium absorption is the first things that go. I imagine taking antibiotics will destroy intestinal flora and might cause a condition of magnesium deficiency. The signs of rising 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D is indicates the body is repairing themselves and the body produces more for tissue repair.My blood acid has always been acidic despite the best intentions to control bicarbonates constantly. However, once I took vitamin D2 (vitamin D3 and D4 is not available here in Thailand), my urinary pH corrects itself out as well as my sugar is now normal. There exists a possibility that a cofactor that helped me also was the intake of vanillin. I have tried many things to control my blood sugar and none seems to work as well as vitamin D and vanillin. I tried cinnamon, onion, garlic, chinese parsley, clove oil, chromium, vanadium, vitamin supplements, vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin B3 nicotinamide, vitamin B3 nicotinic acid, cayenne peppers, etc. It took me some 3 months using the painful process of elimination, before I hit an idea of vitamin D because the authorities are unusually suppressive about this by controlling them to a ridiculous 400 IU and many other suspicious things they do that lead me to this vitamin D, such as vitamin D are not used in old people to help with their brittle bone conditions. My theory turns out to be correct - it is probably a cure for both diabetes type I and type II as well as a cure for the pH imbalance as well.Yes, while deficiency of Vitamin D is quite obvious and it is well known that Asians, especially Indians have vitamin D deficiency because of their dark skins, very few know that taking sufficient vitamin D will not cure the diabetes. It may cure the condition provided that fairly large amounts are taken. I have tested it and it takes about 20,000 I.U. for at least ten day before the urinary sugar become normal, and not for just one or two days, but it lasts for weeks. While vitamin D will not reduce obesity, a long term blood sufficient vitamin D level for a long time may reduce weight, although slowly.
