Monday's Feb 4 workout

Today, I felt like lifting weights so I pulled out Jari Love's Get

Ripped. I used very light weights, my donuts and three lb weights for

biceps and chest. I started late and got a phone call in the middle

of the workout that lasted quite a while. I got up to the part where

she started exercising the shoulders. I figured I could do a warm up

tomorrow and finish the rest of the workout. I need to get up and

exercise first thing in the morning so that doesn't happen again.

That's why my phone ringer gets turned off when I work out. Glad you got a lot of the workout done. This is probably my favorite of all of Jari's workouts.
