Guest guest
Hi all, I am one of the people who started yesterday and so I wanted to come out of the shadows and introduce myself. I have been a lurker for a while and have enjoyed reading everyones' messages while I learned the program and got ready to start. My name is - I have tried BFL on my own in the past but never finished more than a few weeks. I moved to CA from the east coast a couple of years ago and so am very far from my family and friends that I grew up with. I live alone (and work at home too... which definitely doesn't help my efforts) so I have a lack of a support system and accountability. I need people to both help me and also to kick my butt when I need it. I love exercise, and consistent cardio has never been a problem for me. However, I'm pretty new to weight training, and I have major problems with eating - emotional eating, binge eating.. you name it. I had emergency abdominal surgery about 6 months ago so was unable to walk let alone exercise for quite a while and have been slowly trying to work myself up to where I was before. I am not limited anymore, so am ready to really get started. I want to lose the weight I gained before the surgery and during my recovery. Like I said, eating right is the hardest part for me and I know that is more than half the battle. So... that's about it for now. Today was day two - yesterday I did upper body work out and today I did HIIT on the stepmill. Looking forward to tomorrow
