Guest guest
I'm sort of dreading seeing Jari so much in September LOL that's funny. I know EXACTLY what you mean too. ~**~Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Read reviews on AOL Autos.
Guest guest
by the end of that 4 weeks I was really tired of the format, and struggling thru the last couple workouts since I wanted a change That's what happens to me too. The only reason I pushed through the last rotation we did was because others were doing it too and I didn't want to poop out on them. I did a ripped rotation for a week last month and it was enough so I don't know how I'll with a month again. ~**~Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Guest guest
I will too! Can't seem to get any workout in w/ the kids unless it is about 20 minutes, but school starts then so hopefully I can start doing Ripped on a regular basis. > > > Subject: Re: Friday - Tracey Mallett - Super Body Bootcamp Firm It! > To: exercisevideos > Date: Friday, August 8, 2008, 7:18 AM > > > > > > > > > > In a message dated 8/8/2008 7:12:16 AM Eastern Daylight Time, donna112520@ yahoo.com writes: > Volume 4 (Time Crunch) with the floor work from Volume 5 - > > I've done this very same combo before. )) > > So are you and some others still planning on the Ripped rotation next month? Guest guest
Yep, I'll give Jari a go as well, too. But, I'm getting a bit worried with all of the Jari dread factor going around, lol. Not sure that I'll do the whole month of Sept yet. I'll take it two weeks at a time. I learned that with my Jillian-Jackie rotation - by the end of that 4 weeks I was really tired of the format, and struggling thru the last couple workouts since I wanted a change. I don't want that to happen again, so I'll give Jari two weeks and see how it goes! Plus, Sept will be a bit wonky for me anyway. I'll be out of town Sept 4-7 and again from Sept 12-15. And I think we're tearing off the roof after that, so my internet access may be limited for a while (we have satellite and will have to take it down, along with the directv dish). Guest guest
Maybe I'll regret saying this later but I'd really like to try it for a full month, to see what kind of results I get (positive and possibly negative) from it. I'm willing to say okay, let's commit to at least 2 weeks, but I'd really like to see myself at least go the whole month (first time for me in this rotation so I have no idea for sure what I'm setting myself up for). Guest guest
maybe we can come up with a different rotation to do together for the second 2 weeks of september? sounds great! I hate doing rotations by myself. I'm much more motivated to stick with the program if I know someone else is doing it too. ~**~Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Guest guest
Hi! How about we all commit to the first 2 weeks, then those who want to drop off can and those that want to continue can. I'm not 100% sure what I'll do - I know I can get through the 1st two weeks - after that point, If I feel I can go on (mentally and physically) I will. I may also change it up for the last two weeks and maybe only do 2 Jari workouts and 1 other strength workout (or maybe even Power Yoga in place of the strength workout) just to mix things up and keep it fresh. that way, through the month I can get each workout I have done 3 times...I dunno... I'm still trying to think about what to for next week! I also may break with the Jari Rotation tradition and do my strength workouts on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday - only b/c those are the days I don't go in to work (I work at home on Tues/Thurs), and therefore have more time to workout - so more time to pull out/put away equipment and such. It is going to be a challenge most mornings to workout for as long as I'm used to since drop off for my DD's Kindergarten is between 8:15 and 8:30! Currently, for camp and pre-school it has been 9 (and that has been a stretch for us! LOL!) I figure for cardio there is less stuff, if any, to put away and take out! Anyway, take care!donna>I did a ripped rotation for a week last month > and it was enough so I don't know how I'll with a month again.personally, i know that i can increase the weights throughout the month, so i must get stronger from doing this rotation. so it does produce results. but, to be completely honest, i kind of dread jari's workouts too. they are good workouts, but are quite challenging. .. i will be in pain (doms) for the first week, at least.so.....we can make it a 2 week rotation instead, if you would like. doesnt matter to me... i would like to run through each workout at least once, though.maybe we can come up with a different rotation to do together for the second 2 weeks of september?:*carolyn.
