Guest guest Posted July 22, 2009 Report Share Posted July 22, 2009 Wednesday 7/22/2009 ***Power Clean*** <http://www.crossfitdenver.com/2009/07/wednesday-7222009-power-clean/> Power clean 3-3-3-3-3 reps There was just one other woman and I in the 6 AM class and neither of us has down a Power Clean before (except last week with a piece of PVC and then a medicine ball), so we learned it. First PVC, then medicine ball, then weighted PVC, then 33 lb. barbell, then 38 pound barbell and finally 43 pounds barbell.
