Wednesday 7/22/2009 ***Power Clean***

Power clean 3-3-3-3-3 reps

There was just one other woman and I in the 6 AM class and neither of us has

down a Power Clean before (except last week with a piece of PVC and then a

medicine ball), so we learned it. First PVC, then medicine ball, then

weighted PVC, then 33 lb. barbell, then 38 pound barbell and finally 43

pounds barbell. At the end we were doing pretty well!
