Wed - More Ellen!

Hi,

I guess I'm on an Ellen kick this week - I did her

Pick Your Level workout - 3 10 min segments each of

standing, lying side and mat pilates - in this workout

3 different levels of intensity are shown - Ellen

demonstrates level 2 while her backgrounders

demonstrate levels 1 and 3. Pretty standard Pilates

stuff, but a good workout.

Afterwards I did Ellen/Crunch's yoga/fusion workout

(Super Slim down???) I like this one quite a bit a

nice blend of yoga and Pilates that flows together

very well.

Not sure what to do tomorrow - I'm thinking I can

either do Ellen's Self Magazine workouts or I did

borrow the two older Shape workouts from the library.

I guess time will tell! :)

I liker her Super Slim Down too. I have that one and the one I did this morning - Burn and Firm Pilates.
