Jo, I see nobody else has stepped in, perhaps they're not

familiar with the Aromahead directory - with is fabulous. I'm a

member. If you're not a big-time buyer, it won't be worth the

money. I'll try to dig around and get some Italian distiller

contact info. I do have some somewhere. Actually, IIRC, you

might find more citrus rind expression done in Italy than

distillation, but it's late and I'm a little fuzzy on it all, not

having direct experience. If I don't reply in a week or two,

remind me. It's a busy time of year, and I'm just stepping in to

answer quick questions.

I agree it's a great resource and just fun browsing through. But also mainly

for bigger buyers I think. I will also see what I can find. I tried to contact

a distiller in Spain when I was thinking about going there last summer but never

was able to get in touchvia email. There was also a language issue. But I

found a wonderful small distillery in the south of France. I will also see what

I can come up with for Italy.

I meant to answer earlier but got caught up in the holiday rush with orders.
