Guest guest
Yesterday and today has been good so far. Was able to get both UB yesterday and Cardio. today. I didn't have the trough up kind of feeling at the end of Cardio. so will have to increase it some. I did feel like I had done more than I had in the past. I did the treadmill with increasing the incline and the mph. Talk to you later, I will probably do Cardio. at home tomorrow. Which leads me to another question. Is it OK to do weight say like on Tues., Thurs., and Friday and then Cardio. on Sunday, Wed. and Sat.? I will be taking Mondays off with the weight routines and there is not enough of me to go around as it is on Mondays. Guest guest
It's ok to shift the workout days and off/free day to whatever works for you, but still try to follow the pattern of alternating weight and cardio days. I wouldn't do two weight days back to back (Thu/Fri) if you can avoid it. > Yesterday and today has been good so far. Was able to get both UB > yesterday and Cardio. today.
