Today I'm so sore that I'm going to take an anti-inflammatory before I workout...I'm not at that place of damaging my muscles, it's just been a while since I worked out to sustained DOMS, I'm readjusting to the feeling - Vennitta-- Get Fit! It's been even longer since I've done this workout – whew – I feel it! 12/12/07 Wed Ballroom Aerobics 45 min. A change of plans and did Ballroom instead, this one gets me good 12/13/07 Thu 01:00 PM Tough Tape 12/14/07 Fri 11:00 PM Tough Tape 2 45 min. Still on track, might do something other than Maximum Cardio 12/15/07 Sat 11:00 PM Jari Love Ripped & Chiseled 60 min...hmm, okay, this one is not my fav. I did this 1) because it's new and I wanted to review it, and 2) because I thought I would be more like 1000 with more of a cardio effect. Even though it is high reps lower weights, it's not very cardio because of the lack of lower body. There are only three chapters that focus on the lower body, the rest is all upper body. The ab section is optional and from one of her other workout. ( whoa, this turned out to be sneaky, I'm still feeling the effects today, Tue 12/18/07.
