Hi , Folks....

Formal training certainly can help you on your journey...

Again, What Essence and Alchemy can do is provide one with a basic

framework...

A good teacher will flesh that out for you...And can add a whole lot

more, with experience, access to essences and different ways of

evaluating them.....

And, as Udo pointed out, familiarizing *yourself* with essences is an

important step...

It's often a very enjoyable process....<G>....!
