I actually own this book and was getting ready to go back through it, but I think I was overcomplicating the idea of learning by thinking I needed to jump in with some more " formal " training. I'm going to take your word for it and start here. > > I can't wait to get started! > Hi , Folks.... Formal training certainly can help you on your journey... Again, What Essence and Alchemy can do is provide one with a basic framework... A good teacher will flesh that out for you...And can add a whole lot more, with experience, access to essences and different ways of evaluating them..... And, as Udo pointed out, familiarizing *yourself* with essences is an important step... It's often a very enjoyable process....<G>....! -- W. Bourbonais L'Hermite Aromatique A.J.P.
