Bob, if you do find a used Activator,it will probably be an Activator1 circa 1976 or a cheap knockoff. I would advise against either of those. The Activator3 has extremely improved force, vibration and Doctor comfort features. Dont even consider a cheap substitute for the real thing, go to Activator.com and look at the real thing. Hey all,

I was thinking this morning about how it may be helpfull to have everyone give a

list of the different tools they have come up with personally or things they do

to help cope with our little idiocincresies in daily life.

Personally, I have a pair of needle nose pliers that I keep handy with a spring

action so that the open by themselves and all I have to do is squeeze shut.

I also have a button holer (my brother gave it to me a long time ago, so don't

ask where I got it.

Another is that I don't unbutton my shirts except the top button to get my

monstrous head out of (refer to the button holer).

There are others, but I can't think now, they've just become part of my life, so

thinking of them as special things is hard when I do them naturally now.

Anyway, any others?

Oh, also, I know I've asked this question before, but, New Balance shoes, I

remember something about the 900 series (945's or something) can someone that

wrote about them lemmee know again?

,

The one tool I cannot be without are scizzors! A pair in every room,

in every drawer in the house, even in the glove box in my car. Maybe

this is left over from my art student days, but scizzors come in handy

for me in many ways. And having them where I am is a plus. lol, one

Christmas I received a little itty bitty pair of gold scizzors on a

chain for around my neck - yes, they work, but are way to small to be

useful...all my friends know I 'collect' scizzors too :)

I find reading the transcripts on the web site have helped me -- while I learn

from listening, I'm usually listening to while walking (I'm not sitting or

making notes) - so reading what she's said helps me to absorb it better.

What tools have you found to be of the most help to you? Also, are you doing

your homework?

I find that the success journal is a good tool for me, as well as the naturally

slender eating strategy. I haven't tried a redo yet, but I really need to. I

started doing the homework assignments, but I find it hard to find time to

concentrate. I hope to get settled back into a routine with the kids and myself

again soon. Maybe that would help.

Anyone else?

Hi Tania!

I like the success journal, too.  I really have grown with 's 3 guided

meditations that she sells.  I relistened to them yesterday!  They are

amazing!

I am also a big fan of morningcoach.com (another podcast I listen to every

day.

The secret is seeing the naturally slender resilently healthy me and letting her

shine.

I am releasing these last 10?13??pounds...I don't know because I made a huge

leap and stopped weighing myself every day!

I try and do the homework at lunch time!

Lori

 Amazing day
