But what happened yesterday is yesterday's news. It's what happens TODAY,

right now, that really matters.

Ramblings: I ended up eating out due to poor planning. Still came in

calorie wise but starved for a bit. Also there were no vegetable sides

at Brother's BBQ. Didn't want a salad as that cost extra and hadn't

eaten for 5 hours way too long so I was pretty hungry.

Here is what I ate day 10:

1. banana

2. lemon pepper fish, wild rice, broccoli, apple with pinch of granola

3. 5 egg whites, 2 ezekiel bread, 2% cheese slice, 1/4 avacado

4. 1/2 cup berries

5. 6 oz shredded pork, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup baked beans

6. V8 juice

Calories 1,573

Exercise: 1 hour kickboxing, Leg strength training
