Charcot Foot not CMT diagnosis

Dear Friends:

I have been associated with this group for along time. I have gained alot of

knowledge from many of you, for this I thank you all. Recently I found out that

I do not have the diagnois of CMT, Instead I have Charot foot. And with that

they have assigned me to a wheel chair.

Eh, thats ok, I'm way over weight any way, so I can use it. I have one 'Hammer

toe' on my right foot, high arches, and had Neuropathy 1 and 1/2 year before I

was diagnosed with diabetes. And my docs put me into a Crowe Boot, for

my right foot. Which means I can't drive.

So, the nagging question is DO I HAVE CMT? What do you fine folks think?

Please tell me! Also, what questions should I be asking my docs? I see a

NEUROLOGIST on the 25th of this month, I'd like to be better prepared to see

them, this time.

Thank you all,

Dennis from Oregon
