Great week of Firm workouts Sara!!

I'm doing today. I have down to do Kest every Sunday this month, but figured out last week that by doing that I'm causing myself soreness before I even start my regular workouts on Monday lol I'll do his if I don't have strength training down the following day.

Great job on your two workouts + yoga on Monday, too! I barely got

Upper Body in today, and didn't have time for 5 day abs - but will do

some of it tomorrow.

Are you doing your push up challenge this week, too?

Are you doing your push up challenge this week, too?

Yes, I hope to. I'm doing GS chest & triceps today and of course that includes those dreaded 72 pushups. In order for me to be able to do all 72 I have to do them on my knees. I can't do straight leg all the way through and if I start out with straight leg then I end up too tired to even finish on my knees. I'm hoping I don't get too sore in the chest area to be able to do more pushups this week. We'll see.
