Guest guest
Hi, I will be starting challenge 3 on Monday. My first challenge i went from a size 16 to a 14/16 and this was in 7 weeks. On my 8th week I went out of town and then when I got back I had a cold. So I missed the most crucial weeks of that challenge but I still managed to get smaller. I didn't go by the authorized list at all either. I was also training for a half marathon and I was doing long runs of over 10 miles ever Saturday. Challenge 2, I was still doing my half- marathon training and I made it to the 6th week this time. I had to go out of town two weeks straight. I missed the next 3 weeks and I'm finishing up the last 3 weeks as of tomorrow. The thing I'm seeing is don't give up in the middle of a challenge and start a new one. We can't just give up on life and start all over again but when we mess up we must find the courage to keep moving forward. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn't promised. I wanted so bad to just start over at week one after I only made it 6 weeks but I kept telling myself that doesn't work in the real world and if I'm going to make this a lifestyle change it has to be a close to real world as possible. So on Monday I start Challenge 3. I have no obligations or trips between then and March 16th. I have no excuses. I have bought the book and I know what's on the authorized list. I have gotten familiar with the exercises during these first 2 challenges and I'm ready to make it happen. Also, I didn't take Myoplex the first time but I find it to be quite convenient now. So lets encourage each other and give it all we have and then some!!
