Guest guest
I've been doing HIIT on the treadmill, Deb. The other day, I hadn't been able to get my morning run in, AND it was 59 degrees out at 5 o'clock, so I ran 3 miles (2 laps around the park by where I live). It was *definitely*easier than last time I ran aound the park, and then I was doing it semi-regularly (with other workouts other days). HIIT will definitely help with your speed and your endurance.
