Guest guest Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 so this workout was 58 mins for me and 238 cals i surpassed my goal of a daily 500cal burn Great workout Carolyn! I couldn't imagine walking my dog that long and especially in those cold temps. Today will be our 3rd day of doing the extra walk. I'm really hoping it makes a difference with her weight. I think she's going to get tired of the neighborhood though lol About . I'm very disappointed in the yoga workout I got of hers. I don't think I would even attempt any other workout from her anymore.
