The

state retirement system did the investing in accordance with its board. The board in Colorado is all union thugs

and they've run Colorado's system into the ground. You can blame Bush for being mean, ugly,

contemptible, and evil, but you can't blame him for everything, especially without

proof. He did take away illegals'

retirement. Is that the issue?

From information I found. While Bush was Governor of Texas

most of the retirement funds were in Enron. They keep investing even after

Enron started having problems.

When Bush was President there was something to do with the state of Texas and

SS. Seems that teachers were getting paid SS even it they never paid into SS.

Bush signed a bill to stop that from happing.

So most of teachers retirement was lost in Enron and somethinged in with how SS

was being paid in Texas. Only teachers in Texas lost there retirement.

The bush administration took away teachers retirement. They both worked in the

education system their entire career and when they retired the govt said social

security is enough for educators we aren't giving themthier retirement.

I'm wondering is why Txsgreen accused Bush of such a dastardly deed. She may have information we don't have. Colorado's retirement board assumed an

8.5% return. That was nice during

the Internet bubble days but it is certainly not now. They are necessarily having to make

changes for future retirees, and current retirees lost their COLAs for a couple of years. I think military did as well but federal

employees did not.

I

would imagine all the facts about the Texas retirement system are somewhere,

but that isn't a priority for me.

It would me my guess that it would be hard to

find all the facts about Bush and what happened to the state retirement system.

Many retirement system were mostly invested in Enron so many lost a lot of

money. I guess in Texas once the money was gone then it would have up to the

tax payers to fund the retirement system.

Would have research why the tax payers didn't fund the retirement system. With

no funds can't pay out money you don't have.

Now I can't sit at a computer for more than 15 minutes without pain. I

can't even do volunteer work since I can't know how I will feel on a specific

date. I can't make plans with anyone because I may be crippled that day.

One can easily compare Bush to Charlie Sheen: both were spoiled sons of rich

father who after became well-known they both started to show off things that

until then were done undercover/under table...Sheen showed off a life style

that only a spoiled child with multitude of psychological problems can

display, Bush by showing off US bullying of the world that until then was

done secretly under cover by CIA but Bush announced all CIA tricks with open

hands because as a spoiled child he was raised like that.

Although world people were partially aware of US bullying role in the world

but Bush made it known universally and shamelessly...although he could not

speak fluently! He invaded several countries that when Hitler did same thing

many other countries raised against him including USA....However, it appears

that no one stopped USA invasions....but...but...how about if soon American

have to flee their country as refugees to other countries? The internal as

well as external corruption of all national institutes need be cleaned by

either American people by their own volition, or by them after formidable

calamities more severe than American Civil Wars of past centuries....

Max.
