Guest guest
There is no telling how many miles you will have to run while chasing a dream. Ramblings: Ok after my 5 day detour I was back on track until my husband's work dinner but did fairly well eating out. It is one of these things where 3 of the wives have known each other for years and I am the newcomer to the bunch trying to fit in. And the amazing part is they are all beautiful, skinny not really trophy wives but well kept up. So I'm always intimidated to go to these things I'd rather hob nob with the men more what I am used to in my career. What I ate day 30: 1. eziekiel bread, 1 tbsp peanut butter, drizzle honey 2. 4 egg whites, ezeikiel corn tortia (good I've never had before), 2 tbsp refried beans, 2% slice cheese 3. pita pizza with a sliced tomato, turkey pepparoni, cheese stick, mushrooms 4. turkey meatloaf with green beans and apple 5. PF Changs: 1 lettuce wrap, 1/2 cup brown rice, something with grilled chicken, peanuts and broccoli, 2 glasses wine, dessert in this shot glass super cute I'm going to try to make something like that great portion control. Tip: I've found when making my pita pizza to control the cheese which is hard with shredded I use a mozzarella cheese stick and cut it in little pieces. That way I only put the 80 calories of cheese on and am not tempted to put more on. My kids thought this was cool. Ok so I woke up at 3 am with the worst headache. I didn't drink enough for a hangover that bad so thinking it was the MSG. Exercise: 1 hour kickboxing ____________________________________________________________ BUGS?
