Hello Everyone! Don't forget to spring forward tonite!Well I got in around 8 hours of exercise this week and I didn't gain, which is pretty amazing considering eating was not good yesterday! I wish TOM would hurry up and get here so I could be less bloated and lose a couple of lbs!

Next week I plan on running a couple of times because my race is on Sunday the 16th. I can hardly wait!
