One of the reasons I turned to home workout videos as opposed doing exclusively gym classes is because I got tired of lugging this huge gym bag to and from work, the gym, to the bus and back. I don't own a vehicle, and it is a nuisance for me to shlep this 15 lb bag in addition to my 8lb purse, although admittedly this is a shoulder workout in and of itself :)At work I bring my own food (saves $ and calories this way) and eat at my desk. I often walk during my lunch hour and you'd be surprised what you can fit in in an hour! I realize that where you live it is freezing right now and a long walk outside might not be a possibility, but I also like to do flights of stairs which works both cardio and strength. In your jeans you could probably do mat pilates if the jeans weren't too tight, and you wouldn't get stinky from that either. You could also do upper body with weights in your jeans.
