Guest guest Posted March 1, 2008 Report Share Posted March 1, 2008 I would have never believed it to be true until I did BFL (and still live the lifestyle today) but I am a hefty 161 at 5' 2.25 " and I am fitting easily in a size 8 and can wear a snug on the waist size 6. Most people don't believe I weigh that much when I tell them. The fat I carry is like a tire around my waist but it is easier to hide and disguise then a pear shaped body is. But downsize is I'll probably die younger or that is what they say about the fat around the middle! Congrats on all your achievements and thanks for sharing! Michele T. >! Have a great day! Webster www.michellebaileywebster.com Hi All! Hi Ladies, I did my last H.I.I.T workout until my next challenge this morning. Tomorrow is day 84. I'm taking a week off and then I plan to officially enter the challenge starting March 10th. I'm trying to get my pictures out of the way. The one photographer that I really would like to get my " after " picture taken by charges $350 for a session!! That's terrible! I've got to find someone cheaper. Ok so my results. As you know I didn't start eating strictly from the authorized list until week 8 so far I've lost 9 pounds but here is the most amazing thing. I have a picture on my desktop at work of me in a dress suit when I had lost 41 pounds on the 6 week body makeover. I keep it up there to encourage me to get back in the dress. I was at 178 when I wore the dress and it was a " perfect " size 14 dress. I was wearing size 12 in all my other clothes so I was thinking the dress was cut closer to a size 12. Anyway, I'm going to stick to it being a true 14. Ok, heres the great news. My coworker came in my office yesterday and she told me I was vain for having a picture of myself on my desktop and I told her that I had to have a goal. And she said you look like that picture now!!!! I was so shocked thats why she thought I was being vain! So I tried on the dress suit this morning and sure enough it fit like a glove! I am 209 now.
