Guest guest Posted August 13, 2007 Report Share Posted August 13, 2007 I never really felt the need to take creatine because I was not at that really fit muscle defining stage. I do have Fibromyalgia though and after doing some reading there has been some people who advocate using creatine for helping fibromyalgia sufferers. My rheumatologist is very against it. She seems to link creatine usage to cancer. I thought what better of a group to go to than this one. Has anyone heard of a substantial link? Also, I have only been taking it for three days. I have been taking 5g a day and the only thing I have noticed so far is that I wake up with a slight headache like a hangover. Has anyone had this problem? I do drink quite a bit of water, usually about 2 liters a day. Anyway, any information is appreciated. I get to much information when I google its hard to tell who to believe!
