Guest guest
Hi - This is a question in response to Larry's comment about have leg pain due to flying. I mentioned before that my father always had leg cramps too. He resorted to tonic water, grapefruit juice for breakfast, and a banana a day. The tonic helped. But Larry made me think about this being caused by flying. My father does not have CMT but flew all the time for his job - like I do - and I have started to get leg cramps, deep inside my calves, sometimes my hamstrings, and the worst of all are in my feet where they kind of curl up and it is horrible. Any advice on dosage of magnesium, how many glasses tonic a day, etc most appreciated. Thanks, Donna from London Where it is still hot and sunny.
