Hi , Haven't taken a moment to read the article but to get rid of acne, cut out dairy. 111 chemicals are contained in each and EVERY bite of any fluids frm an animal: 52 antibiotics and 59 (yes, fifty-nine!) HORMONES .... think that could cause acne? Most of this article was over my head but the take home wasn't!From the conclusion:Acne appears to be

an early clinical indicator of

hyperactivated mTORC1 signaling,

paving the way to other more

serious late-onset mTORC1-driven Western diseases of civilization, such as

obesity, type 2 diabetes and cancer. Dermatologists have the opportunity to

observe and elaborate

nutrient-driven skin pathology of

Western diets, and should provide early dietary counseling for teenage

acne patients at the

beginning of their lifelong exposure to Western diets. Seitz, DC Tuality Physicians 730-D SE Oak St Hillsboro, OR 97123 (503)640-3724
