don't wanna give details just know somebody for awhile that had them and was willing to let me take a peek at a few programs since we had a place in the city that offered classes, and before i spend that much on a membership i wanted to make sure it was something i would do. the only problem now is word from a guy dh knows at work, is that b/c the gym just can't keep themselves straight they might loose the rights to carry the programs(lack of staff and not keeping with consistent classes or updated classes).kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All

Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Subject: Re: rest of CIA 2002/les mills body balance 37To: exercisevideos Date: Monday, August 4, 2008, 11:46 AMI am so jealous! how did you get your hands on Les Mills? Is your friend an

instructor? As far as I know they only way in the US to get a hold of these is to be an instructor for a Les Mills approved site. They are the ones that do bodpump which I loved taking...I've also been wanting to do bodyflow, which is a yoga, pilates, tai chi combo which sound like the one that you did.

it is a big no no no - but then if you are no longer an instructor that doesn't matter but for example if I got caught buying one - I would lose my instructor status.j Re: Re: rest of CIA 2002/les mills body balance 37

I used to be a Creative Memories Consultant and we weren't allowed to sell anything on ebay but they didn't care if you bought CM items from there. They had amazing ways of tracking down people that sold though... scary almost.

I put "les mills" in the search line and workouts were going for $30 starting price... too much for me to consider right now.
