Guest guest
Hi Jeanette - I looked at your before pictures and the first thing I thought was - she's really close, with a good dedicated challenge she's going to look fantastic! So just keep at it, good days and bad (we all have both of them) and I bet you're going to have great results. Welcome to the group. Guest guest
Jeanette, you're going to do great. You're already lean enough that you'll see results pretty quickly. You're always going to have good days and blah days. As long as you don't quit, you'll be really pleased with your progress in 12 weeks. Welcome to the group! > > Hello, > I have just joined your group, and have just uploaded my before pics, > very scary. Im on day 6 of the BFL. Guest guest
welcome to the group and hope things get better for you in the near future > > > Hello Everyone. I am a 21 white male soldier in the us army. I have rhinitus basicaly a sinus infection that never goes away. This is causing problems for my career. Does anyone know of anything to get ried of this. >
Guest guest
For chronic conditions, the source of the infection is important to know. For instance, it is a bacteria or virus your body is not fighting and reinfection you over and over. OR is it an external irritant, like mold, pollen, pet dander, laundry detergent or soaps? All these things can cause rhinitus. My recommendation is find a good ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist, something called a otolaryngologist and have them see if they can determine bugs or irritants as the root source. They may put you through allergy tests, bubut it will give them the clues they need to start solving your puzzle. Since this is effecting your career, be dilligent and do not accept " I DON " T KNOW " as an answer. Your diagnosis is too general and esoesn't solve your problem. As for the first suggestion, cider vinegar has many good things in it for you. Trying that home cure can only be of assistance, no harm no foul as they say. Just be careful not to do anything like a nasal rinse the day before seeing a dr. It may removed just the stuff you need the dr to see. Best of health to you! > > > > > > Hello Everyone. Is Turkey a good place to buy perfume ingredients? Can you still buy herbs and resins in the markets there? Guest guest
Thank you very much for your warm welcome Ambrosia. Of course Turkey has a plenty of herbs, furthermore the consumption of fragrance has been increasing and any investment on the fragrance manufacturing business in Turkey will bring a good response in a very short period. I am inviting everybody to Turkey fragrance business.  All the best, Salih

Guest guest
Welcome Salih! It's so great to hear from everyone around the world. I used to work in the corporate world for a cosmetic company developing all their packaging, now I am solo. I'm also slowly pursuing my olfactory passion.
