Speaking of music...I can't believe I'm going to admit this...but Britney Spears

of all people...break the ice...has been getting me moving believe it or not.

I'm laughing at myself now.

know I mentioned going to the gym on Tuesday nights and taking Hip Hop dance

aerobics. Well I decided I wanted to do something like that again today. Two of

the songs we play are long and they are actual dances. One is called The Tootsie

Roll and the other is called The Cupid.

I went to You Tube and looked up the songs and they show the dances there. The

Cupid is fun and after one time through, my kids were all doing it with me.. The

Tootsie Roll is hard to see in the video and there is a lot of free dancing in

between the " call " of the dancing.

Anyway, if you played those 2 dances for a few times and kept up with them, you

would have a great cardio workout! I love to dance anyway so for me, to do this

is not like actually working out...

I could really use some suggestions here. I am trying to break through

a plateau and I really need to add some cardio to my workouts. I get

bored very easily. Could someone suggest something that will give me a

good " burn " , but also something that is pretty " fun " .

Thanks,

Ginger

depends what fitness level you are at and how complex or basic you like the choreography. i love amy bento workouts b/c the music is fun, its intense, and the moves are fun to learn. although her step is extremely frustrating her hi-lo and kickbox is great. ldy_solana's fitness blogldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Subject: Great CardioTo: exercisevideos Date: Sunday, December 7, 2008, 8:46 PM
