I guess they'll be a big group email spike in January? lol As for me, still within 2 pounds of my summer weight loss. Still eating what I want, when I want but it is not what I expected it to be. Lots of whole foods that I actually enjoy. Made it through a themepark vacation, Halloween and Thanksgiving without a problem. I'm still NOT on a diet and not counting calories anymore. I'm not starting anything over in January. I'm still between 110 and 112 pounds. (I'm 5 feet tall) Still working out regularly, Primal Blueprint style but I slacked a little in my pull-up/chin up project. Started back up again and man it is true you DO lose it if you don't use it. Back to a shaky, strained, all out effort for 1 pull up and 1 chin up, trying not to fart on the way up.
