Guest guest
Well " gfijig " …a la Gretchen, For me it all came down to discovering and recognizing my nature. To do this required a journey and a vehicle. The journey had to plotits way through a landscape composed of the world and universe I live in, as well as, the psyche and soma of what I am. Each of these " geographies " is sophisticated and is filled with landmarks, pathways, and horizons that differentiate in quality, quantity, and dynamism. To accomplish this I had to assess and recognize how I think. How I think, for me, became the vehicle that would carry me along in my journey. I chose, from many of schools of thought, to think like a realist. The holding of truth, as the preeminent goal of a realist, presented to me the integrity my vehicle needed for this journey. Recognizing that my discovery needed to move through geography, and that the application of a vehicle was needed to move me through it, were fundamental to my goal. Understanding that all people are unique, and acquire perspective relative to their individual beings, I must express my uniqueness from this point forward. After exploring along my journey, for 16years, I realized that, in my individual uniqueness, I needed to be a supernatural absolutist to fully apprehend, and hold, an understanding of my nature. I reconciled myself to an ethical and moral system that cultivated the perspective I had, and for the last two decades my journey has consisted in staying the course. The highest priority in my value system is love, which is defined, for me, as the exercise of virtue combined with the goal of good. Through this staying on course, harmony and peace have grown to perceptible quantities, so that only nothing could significantly dissipate them.
