Guest guest
Ken, Wasn't Zale one of the prolific writers in the old Ironman magazine when and Mabel Raeder owned and published it? I know I'm showing how old I am, but that's why it rings with you, I believe. Had the same impression myself. For those of you residing within areas served by the Trader Joe's outlet, their milk & egg protein is pretty much the same basic formula. That someone else is producing and selling the Blair formula today is, indeed, interesting. Apparently his heirs did everything possible to disconnect from any trace with him: his manuscripts and files were burned and destroyed. His 'abnormal lifestyle' embarrassed his family - Blair was not married, and throughout the sixties enjoyed the complexities of multiple relationships with vibrant women, in like fashion to Sir Burton scandalizing a family compromised by the birth defect known as the 'religious moral imperative for bigotry' or 'puritan overdose disorder'. Blair's combining upwards of 30-40 grams of readily biological available proteins with thick dairy cream was his 'best case' pioneering step toward a high protein/high fat diet. Along with Vince Gironda, the two paved pathways towards high protein supplementation in their heydey: needless to say, those methods worked because of or despite the condition of sciences in their day. *Don't forget to sign all letters with full name and city of residence if you wish them to be published!
