I am going out on a limb here looking for help:)

Here it goes...in a nutshell. I have been a fitness fanatic for a

very long time. I gave birth to my daughter in July. I lost all of

the weight very quickly (within 5 weeks!) without trying BUT my

daughter has a dairy, wheat, soy and corn sensitivities. So, out

goes my higher protein eating habits. I ate super healthy before.

Now I can't eat low fat cheese, yogurts, whole wheat crackers, (you

get my point) and I feel mushy. I haven't worked out much due to

this new life and adjusting to this new way of eating. I suppose I

have enjoyed some of the junk I can eat, but now I am insisting to

myself that I get back on a new diet and get to the gym.

Before I cut soy I could use that for my protein. I can't eat too

many beans for it can cause my baby intestinal distress :)...and

without dairy I am kind of stumped for a diet that has a good blend

of proteins. I suppose I can eat eggs and meat at each meal but any

thoughts on how I can incorporate a new diet into my life. I have to

be easy on the nuts for fear of creating a new allergy.ARRGGHHHH

I probably will continue to nurse for the full year (she's 6 months

old) so I am preparing myself for this new change.

IS anyone aware of a good resource or can lend some thoughts of food

that are very healthy that can be eaten on the run and during normal

daily routines. I am now a stay at home mom:) Yeah!

Thank you!!

Stacey
