hi lisa! good job on KPC, lower body pyramid and your treadmill

!! your daily goal is great... reasonable people (like you)

aim for 250 a day, plus lower their calorie intake by 250, for a

pound per week weight loss. me, ive been having a heck of a

time with food intake and im really tired of not losing anything,

so that is why my daily cal burn goal is so high. if i stuck to

my workout schedule, i would reach it every day. but my plans

are always a bit too ambitious...lol. so far ive reached or

surpassed the goal (500 cals burned each day) twice and have come

close on 2 other occasions... so, not bad!! i dont know if i

will get that much with todays workout or not... will have to see.

:*carolyn.

At my weight I'm completely thrilled with 250 calories burned. Weight Watchers recommends you earn 4 points per day exercising (especially when you're maintaining your weight). Most people say 1 pt equals about 100 calories so that's 400 calories!! It ain't happening with my body and my time limitations (I'd have to work out at a moderate pace for at least an hour and a half or sustain a high intensity for at least 40 minutes to burn that much). I can't even imagine burning 500 calories but when I read some of 's workouts and then had a look at clips of the videos she was doing, I could imagine it but not me doing it because I would likely pass out first! :-)
