Guest guest
I sooo understand the nursing thing, my body hangs on to weight during nursing as well....and I cannot loose weight when I nurse. Different bodies react to different things different ways...I know personally on this challenge, I HAVE to avoid bread, rice and potatoes..for carbs I am using good old fruits and veggies, and that was what my body needed to start dropping weight...maybe experiement a little with it and see what works for you. > > > > I'm actually up two pounds in the last four weeks making my weight > loss for > > this challenge, two pounds.
