Natural organic chemistry: for Udo and other chemistry freaks :)

Dear Udo,

I thought I would make a new thread to exchange more on the organic chemistry

side of natural perfumery. That is something that fascinates me immensely

For example I was wondering on natural isolates. Do you know how that works? Or

know of some websites that could give insight on how an aromachemical is

extracted from natural sources and can still be called natural?
