Guest guest
Hi everyone, Well - I took my before measurements and photos last night. Bit of a shock really. I am 48 years old, 5'4 " and I weighed in at a hefty 185lb. Ho well. But for this to work I've got to get real and honest with myself. Also did my eating and exercise plans for today. Used my plans fron 2001 that I kept!! Made it to the gym for my UBWO first thing this morning (having scraped the ice off my car first!). Also have stuck to my eating plan so far. Had two small meals and I feel stuffed! I need to drink more water though I'm finding it surprisingly enjoyable so far - and I'm pleased that I have to up my weights already. Somehow I'm stronger than I was 9 years ago - must be beacuse I've become a total golf NUT in that time ;-) Good luck to all the other starters! Guest guest
Hi Pia, It's good to see some familiar people starting this week! I still have all of my daily plans from my 2000 challenge in a 3-ring binder somewhere. I should go find that. It would be fun to look at. For anyone else wanting to get geeky with the planning (it really helps) you can download journal pages, worksheets and spreadsheets on the BFL site. http://bodyforlife.com/exercise/journals.asp On Mon, Jan 4, 2010 at 5:25 AM, p4sure <no_reply > wrote: > Hi everyone, > > Well - I took my before measurements and photos last night.
