Guest guest
That's my challenge for tomorrow... oh boy. My back near the bottom of my right shoulder is really bothering me for some reason though (started yesterday, feels like I twisted the wrong way or slept wrong) so I'm not sure I'll do it tomorrow. I've got my appointment with the trainer for my fitness evaluation Tuesday and I know pushups are part of that and I really want a true eval so if my back is at all testy tomorrow I'll just wait until Wednesday. I was thinking about doing all of Dozois 10 Min. Solution Carb Burner and some yoga tomorrow but right now I might just do yoga and that's it. I'm pretty sure this is going to take me longer than 6 weeks too. pushups so I caved and moved to column 2 on week 1, day 3 of the original plan (10,8,8,5,12). I was trying to get the sets in between taking care of kids and misc stuff and getting ready for my son's 4th bday party, so I ended up taking way more rest time between sets, but I still had a tough time with it. I feel like I'm almost at my max for the amount of pushups I can do. I have a feeling it is going to take much longer than 6 weeks to finish this program. Guest guest
Good for you! I printed off that sheet at work and golly, someone found it, knew it must belong to me, ane placed it in my box I too am choosing to start with column 2 for week one. I may wait til I'm on vacation to do it though since I won't have a ton of workout videos, just 8 dvd's or so that I'll play on my laptop. Let us know how it goes! I have a feeling I'll too be doing each week's set for longer than a week depending on my progress. laurac_kleist wrote: I have a feeling it is going to take much longer than 6 weeks to finish this program. Guest guest
I feel like I'm in good company with so many of you more advanced exercisers doing column 2 with me! :-) I didn't do mine today because I didn't want to strain my sore shoulder but I'm going to get back to them on Wednesday with day 3, week 1 column 2.
