He was up last night from 12:30 - 3:30 crying / whining almost non-stop saying he had to puke, but couldn't. This morning when he got up at 7:00, he was basically inconsolable. Luckily, I got an appointment at 9:00 with his doctor, or else I would have really taken him to ER. What a nightmare. I'm not a " cryer " , in fact I don't know the last time I did cry..until today...UGH.. He was hysterical in there. It hurt him everywhere. I couldn't touch him anywhere. He was screaming he wanted to go home...ugh.. He was so cik. They took blood, so we then had to wait in there for the results. Our appointment was at 9:00 (we got in right away), and we didn't leave until around 11:30. He calmed down after awhile and actually fell asleep in the room, so I was happy for that I was positive they were going to keep him. She did test on West Niles, Encephelitus (sp?), and Lyme. All came back negative. She said he was mildly dehydrated, but not dangerously so. Before all of the tests came back I asked her if I was going to get to take him home. He was that sick. I thought for sure she'd keep him. She said " he might stay overnight, we'll have to see " . Well, thank God, she sent him home with me and prescribed some homeopathic medicine for him to take for the nausea, and something else. She is waiting back for one more test, but before she gets the results of that one, she's not calling it vaccine-related yet, but she said so far it IS from the vaccines. She won't call it that 100% until she gets the tests back from the last one though. Nuts. I think it is soooo crazy that it was my son who had a terrible side affect from the vaccines, since I am obviously very cautiaus about them, and I waited until he was 35 lbs and 3 years old to give him any! Good God. I wonder how he would have reacted if I would have vaxed him as a baby. Scary thought... Anyway, so far he is just as miserable. I got tylenol in him, the suppository for vomiting, and then the other homeopathic thing.
