The first 8 weeks went well and I lost about 10 pounds and a couple inches in each area. I was very encouraged and felt strong and ready for another " round " . Well, over the past month or so, I've done o.k. but am starting to slip up (in eating, not exercising) because of the lack of results, or at least that's how it seems. I'm trying hard to keep pressing on but when you're so used to seeing results on the scale or even the tape measure, I'm getting discouraged. I have a lot of weight to lose and even though I feel stronger and know that I'm building muscle, seeing the weight come off would help! Can anyone tell me that something IS happening underneath!?! Seeing I'm not doing the official " challenge " but rather just doing it for myself, I haven't taken pictures which would probably have been a good idea.
