I've particularly liked their tobacco and tarragon. A few days ago I was posting about their labdanum absolute--it is wonderful, but it has a potent bodily aroma in the drydown (so that's either good or bad depending on what you're after). The only thing I've ordered so far that I haven't been completely happy with is their dark patchouli. I was hoping it would be deep and a bit sultry, and it is to some degree, but it's also not nearly as smooth as other patchoulis I've purchased. Buying new oils is always so much fun. I hope you get some great essences! -Matt

Guest guest
Hi, I should get an order today of floral waxes and other eo and absolutes such as hay from LN. Waxes and hay, I have never ordered from them before. A warning, they are out of copaiba. In my last order a bottle was cracked,Cassie absolute and most leaked ou. That was quite a bummer. We haven't worked out any kind of comp. Anyhoo... I love their clary sage absolute and cruise through their petitgrain, sd nutmeg fro indonesia The prices can be amazing. I wasn't knocked out by their coriander sco2 or a couple of their sco2. Maybe it is my nose upturning the whole sco2's. LN's Cassie and Violet Leaf absolutes( to me) are a good sub if you can't afford say Eden Botanicals. I really wish they would get in some Fir absolute. Please feel free to ask if you have a specific oil in mind. -kait

Guest guest
I've been happy with everything I've ordered from them, their Oregon Lavender is mind-blowing, and their natural attars are very good and reasonably priced. -Marla

Liberty EO's I've always found to be mediocre to okay... Hey...they carry garlic and onion EO...I use these with cooking, but watch out for the garlic....It is a true stinker...You may have to air out your shipment for a while, even though it stays sealed therein... Their absolutes are great, as a rule... Their prices on their fragrant waxes are pretty good, but the only ones they have consistently in stock are the jasmines... They also have bottles and caps.... You can also get Mandy Aftel's Essence and Alchemy book there, but unlike Amazon, you will pay full retail... Hope this helps... -- W. Bourbonais L'Hermite Aromatique A.J.P. Guest guest
Hi , I usually buy most of my other aromatic materials from other places, but I very much love Liberty's citruses, particularly the Citrus paradisi (grapefruit). Pink grapefruit in particular. In fact, this very day I have ordered a large quantity of nine or ten different citruses from there... Guest guest
Since my order was so big( I am in smellgood overload) I will need more time with it to judge it better. I guess I smelled something along the lines of cinn bark, benzoin, Peru balsam and amyris. This is my first time sampling Copaiba. I would love to know what other single oil to blend with it first. I wanted to try guaiacwood Thank you for helping out.
