Guest guest
Many can not work. Others that can work like women with children have to pay almost as much as they earn for day care. Also they can not pay for health care > >> > > > > > > >> > > > > > Stop buying infused meat. I don't think soaking meat in > >> water > >> > > for > >> > > > > a while would do much of anything. Guest guest
You could just give up in go to nursing home. Alto you most likey would be fed high salt food. Unless you try to get food stamps or have helped someone get them you don't know how hard it is to get them. > > > > > > > > Stop buying infused meat. Guest guest
Most like to sort the beans. Sometimes small stones and other things in them. > > > > > > > > > > > > Stop buying infused meat. I don't think soaking meat in water for > > > > > a while would do much of anything. Guest guest
One thing to avoid is anything that says always tender or tender. This is code for something soaked in a brine solution. Also, I have not foudn any pork that is not soaked in a brine solution, so I usually avoid it. Another thing I do is ask to person at the meat counter questions. I have found out that some specialty poultry products like whole turkeys are also soaked in brine solutions. If you get an all natural one, you can get one without, but the safest thing to do is ask the butcher to confirm. Restaurants are good at turning a healty meal into a sodium and fat laden minefield. In a restaurant, you can pretty much assume that everything is filled with fat and sodium unless you tell them not to add it. You have to ask lots of questions about the preparation and tell them not to prepare with added fats, salt, etc. Avoid soups and most salad dressings as they typically are filled with fat and sodium. polymac > > How one can recognize if meat is infused or not?
