Guest guest
Thanks for chiming in and Skwigg! , I'm on the netrition site now. Why AdvantEdge and not the Myoplex Carb control? Is there a difference in taste, in your opinion. I see the dark chock in Myoplex, but not the Advantage. That frappuccino sounds yummy! > > I also like the EAS AdvantEdge carb control RTD shakes. Guest guest
I mainly use the AdvantEdge because it's so low in carbs ( 6 grams per shake vs. 24 grams in Myoplex lite.)..and also because anything Myoplex tears my stomach up and gives me terrible bloating and gas. Not sure why but everytime I've tried to use Myoplex(any variety) it has done terrible things to my digestive tract so I stay away from it. I've never had that issue with the AdvantEdge shakes but then again I've never used AdvantEdge Powder I've only bought the RTD. Maybe if I tried a Myoplex RTD it wouldn't hurt me so bad, but I like the lower carbs in the AdvantEdge. I found AdvantEdge shakes at Target and at Wal-mart as well as at Kroger(our local grocery store) Hope this helps!
