It takes me a while to learn these things! ah heck donna, how are you supposed to know without experimenting for a little while. really it hasnt been that long since you started using your treadmill and anyone would need a bit of time to tweak their program. > I was also probalby a little too agressive in housework and not careful > enough in watching my posture/alignment. i hear ya! i have been trying to be careful while doing 'housework max' myself. i catch myself not holding my abs to protect my back, or twisting in a funny/unnatural way... just generally not paying attention. i have messed up my back in the past this way, so i know better! so far so good though, i must be catching myself in time. you had a good week! my hat goes off to you because you still workout around your injury. if it were me id probably lay on the couch all day...lol. so good going buddie!! :*carolyn.
