Guest guest
No, I am still on meds. I was lucky I did not show up for my adrenalectomy because a whole lot of surgery patients of that period have been infected with HIV+HepC....HepC authorities say had been as bonus! Max. 61M L adenoma by NP59 scan. High aldos not low renin. med combo #75={Spiro=100, Amlo=10, Indap=2.5, Ramip=5, Metf=1000, Prav=40, Feno=67, K.cl=120 mEq}{sideEffects: gynecodynia, dry legs skin}{K=4.5}{not DASHing but low-salt diet} The fall in Aldo is encouraging. Guest guest
Well if u. Follow PAs carefully u will. Find that ~50% will need BP. RX STILL. The response is you prob. Have both essential HTN and =PA and now that we have taken away the PA YOU still have essential stuff. I think this really means you had bilateral disease. Guest guest
Starting 1999, 1.5 mg Indap used to lower my BP such that I was dizzy at times needed lowering my head. Adding 10 mg ACE was enough in 2000....but then gradually no drug combo could control my BP until end of 2009 when diagnosed with PA...Spiro increased 25...50...75...100 and lowered my BP and then NP59 confirmed left adenoma. So what you suspect seems true: I started with essential HTN then PA came along....for such reasons I decided to give up adreanlectomy although it is paid by insurance!
