Guest guest
hi all i saw my gp today and he has put me on simvastatin 40mg for my high cholestrol, i still can't believe it is 9, he also changed my water pills to bumetanide 1mg. he said my cholesterol is genetic because both my parents have it, he said i was born with it, this was the 1st time i was tested for cholesterol. i see him agsin in 8 weeks after another blood test (fasting) so for time being my crohns and fibro has to take a back seat no steriods for this crohns flare up unless it gets worse, i'm also on a low fat and no dairy diet most boring diets for now. i will stick to the diets as i want my levels lower. i'm off to bed now take care love Mandy
