all of the cardio coach volumes are my favourites. if i were to

just watch tv while doing cardio, i would be lazy about it and

not get a good workout. i MUST listen to an audio -- and not a

book on tape either, another thing that would not push me to

workout! LOL also i do not believe in separating myself,

mentally, from the physical workout. there has to be a mind/body

connection to get all of the benefits (imo). however, i will

say that if dh is watching tv while im doing my audio workout on

the elliptical, then i dont mind at all... the tv doesnt bother me.

besides sean o'malley's cardio coach workouts (and i see that im

missing volumes 7 and 8!), i also have kathy smith's 'lean walk

system: walkfit' which is ok. and her 'steady strides' sessions,

which are from beachbody's 'project you' which are good. some

other shape fitness music volumes in various beats per minute

(intensities). also two of debbie rocker's audios (she talks

ALOT, more than leslie sansone, even!). i also have some

audios, similar to the music that sean uses in CC, but there is

no vocal instruction, done by djsteveboy/podrunner. oh, and

another coached audio done by chris freytag (prevention walk

yourself fit).

I find that if I'm watching like, Law & Order (my fave show, lol) I

don't pay attention to what I'm doing cardio-wise. But if I watch a

show like Biggest Loser or something sporty where the people on TV

are pushing hard, I do pretty well. LOL

Something weird is going on with my HR monitor on the elliptical,

which is odd since it works fine on the tmill. If I get that fixed

(or use an external HR monitor) I need to make sure I keep an eye on

my HR to stay in the " zone " . ;)
