Guest guest
alot of firms are like this LOL. but this is a good workout regardless. i don't do it often except when i don't have much motivation b/c it works such low reps then you move on to something else. just keeps it moving and breaks the boredom. kassiaDarcy Ledman wrote: I did this workout yesterday. Guest guest
I think this is one of the virgins I got a month or so ago from freecycle. I will look forward to doing it sometime... soon I hope. I'm just trying to get through the holidays, decided that my goal is just 3 workouts per week this week and next and any extras are bonus. Sigh. I might try to fit in some 10 or 15 minute workouts here and there just to get something in on my unplanned off days (every day is an on day until I wake up and wonder how I'm going to get everything done that needs to have been done yesterday, unfortunately, my workout seems like the most expendable item on the to do list most days lately). I'm doing mostly known workouts that will give me a good calorie burn to help with the extra eating I'm doing (so far, that is working, I weighed in today exactly where I was last week which is 1/2 pound lower than where my personal goal weight is and this is fine too, gives me a little cushion I guess). I'm thinking after Christmas I might start a virgin rotation or do familiar then virgin then familiar again then virgin again. I don't have a ton of virgins but I seem to have collected more than I'd ever thought I would and I want to work through as many of them as I can before Jan. 12 (my birthday) so I can justify buying more for my birthday present to me! :-) Re: The Firm Cardio Sculpt alot of firms are like this LOL. but this is a good workout regardless. i don't do it often except when i don't have much motivation b/c it works such low reps then you move on to something else. just keeps it moving and breaks the boredom. kassiaDarcy Ledman <exercise.junkiegmail> wrote: I did this workout yesterday. Guest guest
Darcy, This is why I donated all my Firms to a senior center several months ago. I can't stand pulling out a video/dvd and it being the exact opposite of what I'm thinking based on the title or description. Glad you enjoyed it. Just give your upper body an extra day of rest and you should be fine. I don't think once in a while of working two days in a row is going to be too bad. Tonya L. -www.smellabella.comwww.trainingwithtonya.com The Firm Cardio Sculpt I did this workout yesterday. It's a 60 minute circuit workout, but has more strength training than cardio. I thought it was going to be cardio w/ light weights. I hate not being able to tell what a workout is by reading the back of it, which happens on a lot of my Firms. Anyway, I did enjoy the workout. I went heavy w/ most, since there aren't too many reps. She touches on about all of your muscles, including lower body and abs. The fanny lifter is used in the workout. Now I have worked upper body two days in a row..grr.. oh well.... Darcy
Guest guest
, I think we all go through those times when the workouts are put on the back burner. Relax and know that they are there for you when your life slows down. I tend to let my email slip before my workouts, but I've been known to let it all slip if I get nuts. And I'm a nut quite often! As for the workouts, do you have any of the 10 Minute Solution videos/dvd's? They might be the best option for you while you are time constrained. I find I use them quite often because of the lack of time in life. Those should be justified just because of the ease of fitting them into a hectic schedule. Guest guest
I do have a couple of 10 and 15 minute type workouts. Definitely need to pull them out for these crazy times, thanks for the reminder!
